Meecut is a small tool run by an individual. If you hit a problem, have a suggestion or want to raise something about content, email us and we will reply as soon as we can.

Having trouble using it

• The link you tried (a public post link is fine).
• Roughly when it happened and whether you were signed in.
• Your device and browser, such as “iPhone Safari” or “Windows Chrome.”
• The exact message on the page, or a screenshot.

Before you write, the troubleshooting guide answers most problems.

Billing and subscriptions

You can manage a subscription yourself: sign in, open “Manage billing” under Subscription, and you can see invoices and cancel. If a charge looks wrong, tell us your registered email and roughly when it was charged.

Creators and content requests

If you are a creator who does not want your public content saved, or you think someone is misusing your work, send us the account name and the relevant links and we will look into it.

For how data is collected and used, read the privacy policy; you are also welcome to write with other questions.

Partnerships and other matters

Business proposals, press enquiries and anything else can go to the same address.
